We live in a time when
command and control leadership is back in fashion, resulting in an increasingly
non-creative, disengaged workforce across America. Dr. Wheatley has worked for
many years and in many different settings, to develop leadership that brings
out people’s creativity, generosity and commitment. It involves a
fundamental shift in the leader, moving from the heroic stance to that of host,
one who is able to use effective processes for evoking the diversity of talents
and contributions of all people.
