Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC)
Outreach in Grand Junction, Colorado – DEEOIC staff from the Denver District Office hosted an outreach event in Grand Junction, Colorado, on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. DEEOIC staff discussed the EEOICPA and provided specific information concerning medical benefits, including medical authorizations, bill processing, and home health care services for eligible claimants. Following the morning presentation, staff from the Denver District Office and Denver Resource Center was available from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm to assist DEEOIC claimants with the filing of new claims under the EEOICPA and to provide status updates on existing claims. The location for the event was the Two Rivers Convention Center, 159 Main Street, Grand Junction, Colorado.
