The mission of the Office of Facility Operations (OFO) is to efficiently manage, maintain, repair and improve the Frances Perkins Building (FPB) infrastructure, facility and grounds; manage and increase the efficiency of utility usage; and consistently deliver effective FPB tenant support in alignment with the Business Operations Center’s core mission.
OFO provides management oversight and direction for FPB operations to include Maintenance Services, Building Management, and Parking Services. OFO provides the strategic plans for repairs and improvements within the FPB, ongoing assessments and inspections of the building and grounds, operation of garages, and oversight of service contracts such as janitorial services and food concessions. OFO also provides direct customer service support for DOL programs and employees located in the FPB.
